BIM has been an integral part of our organisation since 2008. BIM is the key (and only) source of information in our projects, and we use it to generate the relevant aspects of the project: from drawings and calculations through to planning. It has so many advantages to offer us – and our clients and partners.

To start with, BIM accelerates the completion time of the entire development and construction process. BIM also reduces failure costs because there is always fully integrated coordination between the various disciplines. And thirdly: thanks to BIM, all partners involved in the project are in constant dialogue with one another. This automatically fosters understanding between the various parties. So not only is BIM the basis for efficient processes, it is also the basis for effective collaboration.

BIM is an integral part of our organisation.

BIM makes buildings manageable throughout their entire lifecycle. That said, the methodology only adds value if you create environments that facilitate BIM perfectly. That is why we are investing a great deal in knowledge and the IT support environment that ensure that the methodology works as effectively as possible, for us and our partners.
